Shipping and Returns

All Orders are processed within 3-5 business days via USPS. This excludes Sundays and Holidays.

Candles, wax melts and body butters will be insulated and shipped Mon-Thurs during summer months. This is to prevent items from being left over in the warehouse during the weekend. If you order the items above on a Friday, it will be processed on Monday.

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it. You have 24 hours to attach photos, provide details and your order number for a free product replacement. 

It is very important for you to double check your shipping address before checking out. Any orders returned to us due to wrong address, incomplete shipping information or address marked insufficient by USPS, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping. The customer will be invoiced shipping cost before item(s) are re-shipped.

 

Lost or stolen 

If your order has been marked as delivered but you never received your package. Please check with USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
